Jakob Ingebrigtsen is a Norwegian middle and long-distance runner who has taken the athletics world by storm. Born on September 19, 2000, in Sandnes, Norway, he is the youngest of three brothers, all of whom are accomplished runners.
Ingebrigtsen's meteoric rise to stardom began at a young age. He broke numerous age-group records and became the youngest person to run a sub-four-minute mile at just 16 years old. His training under his father, Gjert Ingebrigtsen, until 2022, played a crucial role in his development.
